Confirm your homes
We find your homes on the CQC register from your company number, and you confirm the list. The registered office is never treated as a home.
Set the circle around each home
Choose how far each home's circle reaches, from one to five miles. It is three miles unless you change it. We judge similar homes inside it on nursing status, specialisms, distance and size.
Tailor it for you and your team
Add colleagues and choose, for each of you, alerts on the day, one daily digest or the weekly briefing only, how many alerts a day and the day the weekly arrives. Remove a nearby home you do not count as a competitor, and the next briefing follows.

The price follows the number of homes you run
Introductory price, held for twelve months. Each total includes VAT at 20 per cent. Monthly, by card on Stripe's own page, cancel any time.

Method
How we decide who counts as a competitor
A learning disability service is not a competitor to a nursing home. Before we call a nearby home a competitor we compare it with yours on nursing, specialisms, distance and size, using the CQC register's own details. Homes that match closely enough can raise an opportunity or a pressure item. Homes that do not are recorded as nearby but not similar, and stay in the evidence record. Every line about a named home has two parts, kept apart. The register fact with its date and link, then our reading of it, marked as ours and never as a regulator's finding. How it decides, in full

- Every line comes from a published register, with its date and a link to the record.
- A finding is information, not advice
- It is not advice to approach, buy or avoid anyone. Check the linked record before you act on it.
- A date on every rating
- Every rating is shown with its date and, where there is one, the rating before it. A home that leaves the register is reported as that, not as a closure.
- No person named
- Harrier does not retain or display natural-person names or direct personal contact details in Estate Intelligence. A care home run by an individual or a partnership appears by the home's registered name, and a home named after its owner or by a street address is left out.

No. It sorts external changes into classes and says why each may matter. Nothing judges the care inside a home.
How is a nearby home judged similar?
On nursing status, specialisms, distance and size, from the CQC register's own details. Homes below the line are recorded as nearby but not similar.
What does a quiet week tell me?
That the homes were checked and nothing in the record moved.
What does it cost?
It is set by how many homes you run. £200 a month plus VAT, £240 in total, for 3 to 10 homes, £400 plus VAT, £480 in total, for 11 to 25, then £700 plus VAT, £840 in total, for 26 to 50. More than 50 homes, ask and we will quote. Every price is introductory, held for twelve months. The 14-day trial is free and needs no card.
The trial
Judge it on your own homes for fourteen days
For fourteen days you receive your first briefing, then two weekly briefings, and a same-day alert whenever a priority change reaches us at one of your homes or a similar home nearby. No card is taken, and nothing continues unless you choose it.
The fourteen days start when your first briefing is sent. CQC publishes the care register once a month, so a week can pass with nothing to report at your homes. An update with nothing in it says so and lists everything it checked.
